This is a "short term" rental which is different
from a "vacation" home per se. This is a "hilltop paradise" for
those who like serenity, quiet surroundings, nature and great views.
The word "vacation" is subjective
and depending on what you are seeking, this maybe be just want you are
looking for; a place away from the crowds, quiet, tranquil and close to
nature.
If you need a fully furnished home for a short
period this home is available specifically for that purpose. The home sets
at the top of a hill overlooking Palm Springs, Palm Desert and the Coachella
Valley with beautiful views. The home sets on an extension of Monterey,
north, just over the hills from
Palm Desert in an area by the name of Sky Valley.
The residents of Sky Valley are environmentally
concerned and the properties are generally 5 acres. Many big and expensive
estates are being constructed in this area.
This home has all you will need to be comfortable
during your stay and sleeps four to six. The home is fully furnished with one king
size bed, one double bed and one fold out couch. All linens and kitchen necessities are provided.
The home is adequately furnished and area is
tranquil with some of the best views in the desert directly at Mt. San
Jacinto and city lights views of Palm Desert and Palm Springs. Pine trees,
oleanders, tall palm trees and cactus garden contribute to the peacefulness
and serenity of the surroundings at this home.
We should note that this is NOT a vacation rental
per se; this home is a home away from home. It is located on the fringe of
the Palm Springs area and is perfect for corporate relocation, winter rental retreat, writer,
artist, sculptor, businessman, a couple between homes, short term rental, or newcomers to the area.
The rates are good, much better than a hotel and
with all the comforts of home and more! This is a niche rental for someone who needs
a home or home office short term.
Palm Springs downtown is about 15 minutes.
Palm Desert about 15 minutes.
Desert Hot Springs about 10 minutes.
Indio about 20 minutes.
10 Freeway about 15 minutes. |
